Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers support the General Manager and play a vital role in overall restaurant success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and team development

  • Supporting daily operations and overall restaurant performance

  • Ensuring company standards, safety, and quality are consistently met

  • Stepping in to lead shifts as needed

  • Performing all duties of both Shift Leader and Crew Member roles
