Shift Leaders help keep daily operations running smoothly while leading the team by example.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily store operations

• Supervising and supporting team members during shifts

• Managing inventory and ensuring food safety standards

• Helping maintain store profitability and a safe work environment

• Performing all Crew Member duties as needed
