Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers and answer questions
• Resolve ride issues (refunds, malfunctions) courteously
• Log inquiries and follow up until resolved
• Report maintenance needs to operations
• Clean the animals and keep the ride area safe and presentable
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly, patient, professional
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
• Comfortable with phone, email, basic computer tools
• Reliable and punctual
• Customer service experience is an asset
• Evening/weekend flexibility is an asset
